"You are useful to them again". "They wanted me quiet enough...to keep"

Yes. As always, Shain, thank you, thank you for speaking the truth, or my truth, speaking the reality they don’t want to see because it could (not for sure, but it could) interfere with their comfort. Fake beauty is less disturbing than the ugliness of suffering. Thanks Shain. Take care.

Love it. Learn to be silent and let your quiet mind listen and absorb.

Well said, Shain. Everyone wants everyone manageable. Like that’s the goal. Not happiness or wholeness, just peaceful for them. So we pretend, just to be acceptable. But then we both lose. No honesty, no acceptance. Just pretending. 💕

Hi Sandi, that’s the huge problem I have with this whole thing. It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. That we become, docile and convenient for others. That and the people who are supposedly trying to ‘help’ are just selling you a dream. I just am so sick of this. Thanks for listening.-Shain

The word stable stuck

In my head. Has so much meaning in my experiences. It’s a word I heard often..

“We just want to keep you stable”.

A definition I wanted to avoid at all costs. To me a death sentence..

I loved the music 🎵 and it’s a whole new level to hear the inflection in your voice.
